POLICIES

Alcohol - The drinking age aboard the ship is 21. Valid photo I.D. required. Disney Cruise Line reserves the right to refuse sale and/or service to anyone.

Smoking - Disney Cruise Line has never allowed smoking in Guest staterooms. In addition, smoking is prohibited in all interior spaces throughout our ships. However, private verandahs and starboard-side open-air decks 9 and 10 of the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder (excluding the Mickey Pool area) have been designated as smoking areas in an effort to provide a cruise experience that satisfies both our non-smoking and smoking Guests. On the Disney Dream smoking is permitted on the starboard-side of Currents Bar, located on deck 13 forward; and on the port-side deck accessible through Meridian Lounge, located on Deck 12, aft. For all ships, between the hours of 6 p.m. and 6 a.m., smoking is also allowed on the starboard side of Deck 4. The remaining hours are dedicated to those wishing to jog or walk along the Promenade.

Disney Cancellation Policy

Effective June 21, 2011, Disney Cruise Line® will change the cancellation fee period for cruises of 10 days or more, and cruises less than 10 days where embark and debark is a non-U.S. port.

The cancellation period for non-suite/non-concierge staterooms will begin at 119 days prior to sailing, instead of 89 days. The change will better align the cancellation period with the final payment due date.
